Meet Me
I’m Diane, a certified Breath Coach helping people manage their respiratory issues through the transformative power of breath. I specialise in three main breathwork techniques: Pranayama, Buteyko, and Conscious Connected Breathing.
With a focus on improving sleep issues like insomnia, snoring, and sleep apnea, as well as helping people manage stress and anxiety, I provide a holistic approach that enhances overall well-being.
My goal is to help you to reconnect to your breath, so that you can breath more functionally, improving your health an well being.
Your Breath is a fundamental pillar, and it should be looked at in the same way as your nutrition and movement.
How I can help you ...
I believe breathing is essential because, it directly effect's both the physical and mental wellbeing.
I help you to take back control of your life, using breathwork techniques. I help my clients struggling with reduce stress and anxiety, Asthma, COPD, Snoring, Insomnia and Sleep Apnea.
After a minimum of six sessions, you will feel the direct benefits of breathing more functionally, it will have knock on effect on how you think, feel & sleep.
Plus you will go away with tools & techniques, so that you can incorporate them into your daily life and draw on them as and when you need them.
I do this through a variety of 1:1 and group, sessions, workshops and retreat's.
